At the moment, clipboard only syncs from PC to Phone because Googled removed the clipboard syncing capability.

There should be a way to implement clipboard syncing from Android to PC. 
EasyJoin accomplishes this by using private clipboard.

Images should also be supported when using clipboard syncing.
