STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Use any application that triggers Plasma's file picker when browsing for files.
2. Browse for files.
3. Scroll through your list of files, in the file picker, to try to find the right one.

OBSERVED RESULT

The list of files will usually start glitching and not updating correctly. Selecting the right file is near-impossible.

EXPECTED RESULT

Files being presented correctly. File picker being usable.
