STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Konsole
2. Use non-nerd font (Like Iosevka) with ttf-nerd-fonts-symbols package (Arch Linux)
3. Try to use nerd font symbol

OBSERVED RESULT
Nerd font symbols are not rendered

OBSERVED RESULT
Nerd font symbols are not rendered, while they are in i.e. Alacritty or Firefox

EXPECTED RESULT
Nerd font symbols should be rendered, and properly.

Actually it is from noto-fonts-emoji emoji fonts package. Sorry for the two additional comments (spam). I wish there was an editing feature.
