It happened for Conky Symbols, Ruji's handwriting font, odstemplik and 6760 fonts (haven't tried any others - these are all the font packages I've tried).
Just click on a font package within Discover, and it'd crash. 

Clicking on Install works, though. 
This report was done for the 6760 Fonts crash.

The crash can be reproduced every time.

When I wrote that clicking on Install works - I meant it doesn't crash... But it doesn't install the packages either. They are entered into the queue, but do not prompt for a password and never start.
