Unable to see any device from apps. 
My two devices are under the same networks.
I do not have a firewall except the one in Windows which I have already tried several manipulations. 
My pc can ping my smartphone and vice versa. 
I can correctly reach my port 1716.
My pc is connected to internet via an ethernet adapter.
Test with other mobile devices and even results.


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open the kde connect software on Windows. Open kde connect app on Android.
2. Search for a device on pc or phone.

OBSERVED RESULT
No devices found.

EXPECTED RESULT
Found a device.

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Windows 10:  kde connect 22.04.3.1047
Android 12 OnePlus Nord: kde connect 1.19 (latest version of google play at this time)

I have a similar problem, I use two Windows 10 devices and they can't see each other.
In the recent past it used to work.

Version is: kdeconnect-kde-21.12.3-903-windows-msvc2019_64-cl
