Summary:	I cant view installed apps. i cant install apps through rpm(flatpaks can be installed) Also metadata(screenshots) is not fetched properly. Btw i am using a proxy which i believe is the root cause of the issue. Pretty much discover is not useable at all.

1. use proxy
2. go to discover 
3. try installing/viewing applications(installed/not installed)

note that it was useable before a system update with proxy
