SUMMARY

When trying to create a new wallet using GPG and error stating
´The GpgME library failed to initialize for the OpenGPG protocol. Please check your system's configuration then try again´
appears. 

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open KwalletManager and try to create a new wallet (or just open an application seeking to create a new wallet)
2. Use GPG as encryption method for the new wallet and press "next"
3. Error message appears.

OBSERVED RESULT

No wallet using GPG can be created

A wallet using GPG can be created
