STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Kexi
2. Go into form design mode
3. When moving object on page, everything will get snapped to grid.

OBSERVED RESULT
In Form Design mode, snap to grid is the default and I'm unable to deactivate it. I would like the option of deactivating it.
