SUMMARY
Some panels deselect/disappear after restart: 'information' though haven't checked all (only not terminal)... doesn't always happen but after certain number restarts or maybe a crash 'information' deselects/disappears.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Use Dolphin daily including after restarts/reboots.
2. Wait for 'information' disappear: it will!

OBSERVED RESULT
Some panels deselect/disappear after restart: 'information' though haven't checked all (only not terminal)... doesn't always happen but after certain number restarts or maybe a crash 'information' deselects/disappears.

EXPECTED RESULT
If user sets panels display and has a restart/crash don't unset them display.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Maybe never happened for 'folders', 'places' unless major reset most/all dolphin settings.

The problem was thinking F11 might maximize Dolphin.
