SUMMARY
"Remote keyboard from the desktop" plugin doesn't work with Japanese input. When inputting Japanese on my computer, it doesn't appear on my phone.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. On phone: Tap on text input field
2. On phone: Switch to "KDE Connect Remote Keyboard" as the keyboard
3. On computer: Click on phone icon in bottom bar
4. On computer: Click on the "Remote Keyboard" text input field
5. On computer: Hit Ctrl+Space to switch to fcitx5 for inputting Japanese
6. On computer: Input Japanese into text field

OBSERVED RESULT
When typing Japanese into the "Remote Keyboard" text input field, it appears on the computer but not on the phone.

EXPECTED RESULT
I expect the Japanese text I type in the "Remote Keyboard" text input field to also appear on the phone.

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Linux/KDE Plasma: Arch Linux (5.18.14-arch1-1)
KDE Plasma Version: 5.25.3
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.96.0
Qt Version: 5.15.5

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
To install Japanese input on my KDE Arch computer, I followed the fcitx5 Arch wiki article (https://wiki.archlinux.org/title/Fcitx5). For Japanese input specifically, I need the fcitx5-mozc package.
