STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1.  Write a new message and press Send.  The message is sent correctly.
2.  Check in the 'Sent' folder for the Account and the 'sent-mail' folder in 'Local Folders'.
3. 

OBSERVED RESULT
There is no copy of the sent message.

EXPECTED RESULT
A copy should be stored in one of those two folders.
