SUMMARY
If all the toolbars in Spectacle's annotation tool is clubbed, the toolbars are in a tab view with tab names. The names do not make sense.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Drag all the toolbars in Spectacle's annotation tool over each other to club them.

OBSERVED RESULT
Each toolbar has a tab group name and the names don't make sense.

EXPECTED RESULT
The names should be related to the tools the tab group offers.

While most tab groups are not organized to put an appropriate name. Some of them are. 

We can change:

1) Image Settings ----> Filters
2) General Settings ------> Zoom

We might need to reorganize the settings in a meaningful way to fix this.
