STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1.  Make an incremental brush (I used two layers)
2.  Make a fast stroke, with either mouse or tablet
3.  Stroke has sections where stamps do not alternate, 1,2,1,2, but instead something like 1,2,2,2,2,2,2,1,2,1,2,2.etc

OBSERVED RESULT
Stamp is not incremental

EXPECTED RESULT
Stamp should be incremental
