Can you take a screenshot of it? Are you using a 3rd-party window decoration theme? Are you using Wayland or X11? Created attachment 150800 [details]

Here is a screen capture. This is using wayland. I did download a theme, but also tried one of the oxygen themes.
Thanks. Does it happen on X11 too, or just Wayland? X11 worked just fine and now wayland appears to be working after going back to wayland.
