STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Reduced screen mode to 75%

OBSERVED RESULT
1. the minimize, maximize and close icons on bar visibly gone but are still active
2. Tried couple plasma desktops and both acted same

EXPECTED RESULT
1. Should have those symbols on bar

Can you take a screenshot of it?

Are you using a 3rd-party window decoration theme?

Are you using Wayland or X11?

Here is a screen capture. This is using wayland. I did download a theme, but also tried one of the oxygen themes.

Thanks. Does it happen on X11 too, or just Wayland?

X11 worked just fine and now wayland appears to be working after going back to wayland.
