Fortran Icon

SUMMARY
At the moment Fortran source code files do not have an icon and show the generic text file icon.

I have designed a proposal file icon (see attached) that could potentially be used.
The 'F' in the logo is taken from https://fortran-lang.org/
The licence for their logo seems to be MIT though their is some discussion about moving it to CC-BY-NC-SA ( https://github.com/fortran-lang/fortran-lang.org/issues/342 )

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Create a Fortran Source code file (.f or .f90)

OBSERVED RESULT
File icon is "text-x-generic" and not a Fortran Icon
