Discover when Install button is used from apps.kde.org

SUMMARY
I was unable to install KGeoTag on a live USB of Lubuntu from https://apps.kde.org/kgeotag/

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Boot into a live Lubuntu
2. Go to https://apps.kde.org/kgeotag/ and click the "Install on Linux" button on the top right
3. Open the link with discover

OBSERVED RESULT
Error message (see attached file)

EXPECTED RESULT
Successfully installed program

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
OS: Lubuntu 22.04

(The rest of the stats I have to double check where I would find that)

(L)Ubuntu does not have KGeoTag in its repositories, that's why it can't be installed
