STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Elisa
2. Play whatever album you like (the album that I've played was in FLAC format 24 bit)
3. Play a song that is above three minutes of playing time


OBSERVED RESULT

Now you should see that the cursor of the current playing track is not moving as the track plays

EXPECTED RESULT

The cursor should be moving as the track goes on

This is fixed in the latest 22.04.3 release.
