SUMMARY
The "NeoChat is offline" message does not fully show

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open neochat, sync and open a room
2. Disable your devices internet connection

OBSERVED RESULT
A message along the lines of "NeoChat is offline, please make sure th" appears

EXPECTED RESULT
The full message along the lines of "NeoChat is offline, please make sure you are connected to the internet" should appear
