SUMMARY
The tooltips for "edit account" and "remove account/logout" do not show up

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Login, and go into the account settings
2. Hover over the edit/remove icons

OBSERVED RESULT
Nothing shows up

EXPECTED RESULT
The tooltips should show up

Should be fixed with https://invent.kde.org/network/neochat/-/merge_requests/487 once merged

Leaving a quick note here, that it currently affects the devices as well.
