Thanks for your report! During the effect clearance we found out that the Baltan effect has frame buffer issues, so it’s blacklisted at the moment. |

Try finding the Baltna effect 3. Scratch head and search KDEnLive userbase that says its in ther, when its not. OBSERVED RESULT No Baltan effect available EXPECTED RESULT Where is the Baltan effect SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS Windows: 10 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION Talk about taking a couple of steps backwards... This is the latest version that I was told to install 22.04.3 when the older version for some reason was not allowing editing, indication that you forced obsolescence and introduced a (in my eyes) lesser equipped version.
