Summary: Cursor icon is rendered in default style when moved on Desktop or on KDE applications. This happens both in my desktop and laptop. I would like the cursor to be changed averywhere, even though it's quite nice if you use the right custom theme :P

SUMMARY
Cursor icon is rendered in default style when moved on Desktop or on KDE applications. This happens both in my desktop and laptop. I would like the cursor to be changed averywhere, even though it's quite nice if you use the right custom theme :P

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Install cursor theme
2. Hover it on some windows/menus
3. Try moving it around KDE system settings

OBSERVED RESULT
Cursor theme changes

EXPECTED RESULT
Cursor theme has to stay the same

After the restart it works properly, I think it can be changed without restarting... Thank you for your amazing job, your apps and your support.
