Gpu rendering was introduced in version 20.08.2 as an experimental feature. It worked very well in my Dell e6430 laptop with Intel HD 4000. But it doesn't work in any other version than v20.08.2. Please roll back the changes you did for intel HD graphics to this version.

Does the problem still appears with the latest AppImage?
