Illustration of described behavior in Mac OS

SUMMARY
It would be great to have option for auto-hiding window's title bar when it is maximized, and reveal it on hover the top edge of the screen. It will help to maximize used screen space, while allowing to easily bring title bar back when needed to check window's title or drag window around.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Similar behavior can be observed in Mac OS for maximized windows (demonstrated on attached GIF).

1) Borderless mode can not be set to trigger automatically on window maximize/unmaximize – it requires using a hotkey or the application menu
2) In currently available borderless mode user can not quickly access window's title bar by hovering the mouse over the top screen edge – the way it is shown on the attached gif

Sorry, I misinterpreted the link you shared – it seems there's indeed an option to automatically hide title bars on maximized windows.
But the point 2 still remains, as user can't access the title bar by hovering the top screen edge, he has to manually disable the borderless mode first.
