STEPS TO REPRODUCE
hello!
it would be good to add a option that user can choose  wheather to open a file in the tab from other windows or apps .
 i think that opening a file from the okular window  is not convenient ,as i usually open files with zoteto.

OBSERVED RESULT
only opening files from okular that the files can be in  tabs

EXPECTED RESULT
open files from other places ,the files can be in tabs
