STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Drag a file to the back, forward or upwards button. 

OBSERVED RESULT

Currently, no file is moved

EXPECTED RESULT

File moves to the desired location.

I am not sure if this is worth implementing. It is less explicit where the items are supposed to end up if that location is hidden behind a generic "Back","Forward" or "Up" button. It has the potential of having people losing their files by dragging them to some location they weren't expecting the files to end up at.

Users can already drag items to the parent folder by dropping it in the location bar.

Similarly users can already drag items to the folder that is "Back" and "Forward" as well because the locations accessed through "Back" and "Forward" are generally accessible either in the view, in the location bar or in the places panel. So dropping there is already possible in a more explicit fashion even.
