STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1.  Run "kwin_wayland --replace" or kill kwin_wayland or crash it

OBSERVED RESULT
All apps are killed.

EXPECTED RESULT
Apps survive the crash / restart of kwin_wayland

I noticed there was no bug attached to this issue on this page https://community.kde.org/Plasma/Wayland_Showstoppers

This is the expected behaviour at this point in time.

". If this is expected behavior perhaps somebody should edit it out?
