STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Enter present window mode with a touch screen device
2. try to select a different window or even the old window you just left or background

OBSERVED RESULT
You are unable to select a different window or even the window you just left behind unless you use touchpad, mouse, or keyboard. Clicking x to close window also doesnt work. It does let you drag the window around but the only function of this seems to be to use a gesture to move the window to the bottom of screen so it closes.

EXPECTED RESULT
Select a different window or if I tap the x on the window I want to close it should close.

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Linux/KDE Plasma: Fedora 36
(available in About System)
KDE Plasma Version: 5:25.2
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.95.0
Qt Version: 5.15.3

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Using wayland and I used the zawertun/kde copr repo to update to newer version of kde/plasma while on fedora.
