SUMMARY
It's currently translated as "Privaten Chat öffnen". Seems like the mxid was changed at one point:

Hi and thanks for taking the time to report issues you see. :)

I did not have time yet to look into these but from what I see the file seems quite broken ... but just to make sure. Are you looking at the PO file itself? If so, are the strings you mention marked "fuzzy"? In that case it is alright. If the PO system sees a new or changed msgid, it will look for msgstrs from similar msgids and fill them in. Then a translation will have to check that string, modify it so it matches and then remove the "fuzzy" mark. Only then will the translation find its way into the application.

Feel free to drop by on our mailing list for further questions.

I will have a closer look at the issues you opened soon.

Okay, my bad. All "wrong translations" bugs I've opened here are actually just the result of the "fuzzy-workflow"
For reference, these are BUG 456021, 456020, 456019 and 456016. So I will close them as resolved+NAB then, thanks for the notice!

And yeah, I was looking at the PO file directly. After seeing the automatic sync from today, I just got curious and wanted to see for any other errors in the translation I could find :P I did have plans to join the mailing list, I just always put it further off. Seems like a good time to actually finally join.
