SUMMARY
In the english translation, there is a space between the actual message, and the "edited" text, which help differentiating that the edited is not part of the message
In german, that space is not there, which can cause a bit of confusion, and also likely introduces clipping, if the message ends with italics.

As far as I can tell, this has been fixed, meaning, I see a space before "(bearbeitet)".
