STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. Open a new Konsole window 2. Use the "Split Window" shortcut OBSERVED RESULT A "(" or ")" is printed to the terminal. EXPECTED RESULT The screen is supposed to split when the shortcut is used. SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS Linux/KDE Plasma: Arch Linux 5.18.2-zen KDE Plasma Version: 5.25.1 KDE Frameworks Version: 5.95.0 Qt Version: 5.15.5 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION I installed konsole-git from the AUR, in order to get the URL regex fix. However, now the split window shortcut is broken. Changing the shortcut to Ctrl+Alt+( fixed the issue, seems mainly there is a problem with Ctrl+Shift+(.
