It would be nice if spectacle had "simple mode", like in gnome or windows 11. Simple mode will need to look similar to gnome's and win11. How simple mode looks in gnome can be seen here https://thisweek.gnome.org/posts/2022/01/twig-28/
How simple mode looks in windows 11 can be seen in attachment.

OBSERVED RESULT
It will be nice to have really simple screenshoting mode like in gnome or windows 11

EXPECTED RESULT
There is no simple mode in spectacle.

The options already exist to make Spectacle very simple and do what comparable tools already do, are you suggesting that the defaults should be different?

We generally don't do this; see https://community.kde.org/Get_Involved/Design/Lessons_Learned#Basic.2Fadvanced_modes.

If the UI is too complex, the solution is to visually simplify it, not further complexifying it by adding a second mode (and of course a mode switcher UI to control switching between them).

However you're in luck as there is work in progress to redo spectacle's main UI and rectangular region mode to be more like that, and to look a bit simpler. I don't have a timeline though.
