SUMMARY
I discussed it on KA before. It seems that no one has any objection, and no one reports here:https://krita-artists.org/t/preserve-luminosity-of-color-balance-filter/41622

After some testing, I found out that “preserve luminosity” is actually “preserve lightness”.
This makes it difficult to use because HSL is too sensory to change.

Hm, it's tricky to change the way filters work because if they are used in filter layers, old files will load different from originally.

Maybe just rename it "preserve lightness"

Then use "preserve luminosity" as the new option?

I'll set this as a wish because there's a good chance we may have implemented this based on what is common in other image editing programs.
