STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Create panel and set in the bottom right of the screen when laptop docked (1920x1080)
2. Undock laptop from the docking station or boot up when undocked
3. 

OBSERVED RESULT

Plasma crash handler is stuck in a loop and can't recover plasma

EXPECTED RESULT

Laptop should boot without crashing

If something crashed, we need a backtrace of it so we can figure out what's going on. See https://community.kde.org/Guidelines_and_HOWTOs/Debugging/How_to_create_useful_crash_reports.
