STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Disable animations
2. Enable the desktop grid effect with a 4-finger swipe up
3. Disable it with a 4-finger swipe down

OBSERVED RESULT
It either consistently has 1:1 gestures on both enter and exit, or none

EXPECTED RESULT
It has 1:1 gestures on enter, none on exit

Apologies, the OBSERVED RESULT and EXPECTED RESULT fields are swapped

Fixed in Plasma 5.25.1 already.
