SUMMARY
After I "touch" a clip - autoscroll resumes.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Unchek "autoscroll while playing" in settings, restart the program  
2. Open old project or import new video
3. Move clip and play 

OBSERVED RESULT
autoscroll while playing

EXPECTED RESULT
timeline not autoscrolling
