SUMMARY

`mpv ~/Videos/foo.webm`. Please see the screen recording. The video plays fine again when it's moved back to its original VD.

When I use instead

`mpv --vo=gpu ~/Videos/foo.webm` the video does not flicker but stays still, showing only the current frame of the time when the video was dragged.

Or moved to the corresponding VD on the 2nd screen. Same issue with the VLC media player, but here I haven't observed a flickering yet.
