SUMMARY
Unable to fill the Model 145 of Hacienda.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Okular, open file and use the url.

2. An error message appears:
ESTE DOCUMENTO HA SIDO ALTERADO.
No es posible abrir este documento.
Recuerde que la AEAT facilita los
documentos PDF "como están", y no
está permitido realizar modificaciones
a su estructura.

3. Press in Show Forms. Only the "Rellenar Formulario" button is clickable but does nothing.

There's quite some JS stuff that this PDF uses that we haven't implemented, if you have time to look at it tell me because it should be relatively doable (i think) (i simply don't have the stamina at the moment to look at this)
