I'd like to see an option to disable when an application or game is fullscreen

I often watch streaming services and play games on my PC and RSIbreak pops up and disables the screen while I'm playing a game.

Thanks. For anyone that finds this the feature was added in 0.12.15 in the General Settings (on by default).
