STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open the GHNS window of the Global Themes KCM
2. start to type 'sweet' or another search term - the search is performed
3. click on the magnifier icon in the upper right corner

OBSERVED RESULT
the search field contains 'Search' placeholder text instead of the search term

EXPECTED RESULT
the search field should contain the search term

Fix search fields resetting text when changing window size

Before this patch, the text would be reset when one resizes the KNS window and the search field
is rendered as an action, the text would be reset.
