SUGGESTION:
It would be really nice, when you could set that panels are only shown in specific activities.

You can. Panels are per-activity.

Where can I do it? I want to disable a whole panel  on specific activities.

Just delete that panel on the activity where you don't want to see it.

Tried it, it disappears on every activity.

Panel configurations are not per-activity; this falls under having different panels configuration depending on the activity.
