Sometimes I need to store my luggage somewhere far away on the train, out of my sight.

To help me not forget to get it before leaving the train Itinerary could do something like show a "hey, don't forget your luggage" notification 5 Minutes before the train arrives

Having "next action notifications" is something requested for several use-cases already, ie. notifications that trigger before every departure or arrival, reminding you of your luggage would fit in there as well.
