SUMMARY
Some seemingly innocent search requests will show 18+ rooms that I'd rather not see.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Search for "Gaming" in the room directory
2. Change search mode to "matrix.org"
3. Scroll through list of rooms

OBSERVED RESULT
There is an NSFW 18+ room within the top 20 rooms of the search. Preferably I don't want to see those rooms.

EXPECTED RESULT
No NSFW rooms in the search results.

I don't really see a way for us to determine if a room is nsfw in a useful way

Closing this until we have a way of implementing it like MSC3060
