Hi, please could you confirm: are you referring to:

1. the "systemmonitor" pop-up you get when you press <Ctrl+Esc>, or
2. the "System Monitor" application you launch from the Application Launcher, or 
3. one of the various system monitor desktop widgets?

1. is already reported under bug 454566

It's 3. The System Load Viewer widget has been deleted. Looks like you have a zombie ghost version hanging around. I would recommend that you just remove it.
