`.kdbx` are handled by KeePassXC. Any KDE app that uses `libsecret` or `QtKeyChain` can talk to KeePassXC via the Secret Service API.
If you specifically want to manage these files via the outdated KWalletManager GUI, it may be wiser to port KWalletManager to QtKeyChain.
