Not close to the panel.png

SUMMARY
If I bottom align the two screens in KScreen KCM and restart plasmashell after the setting is applied, the group dialog is not close to the panel anymore.


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Set the left screen 's resolution to 1024x768, the right 1920x1080
2. Bottom align the two screens
3. Apply
4. Restart plasmashell

OBSERVED RESULT
The group dialog is not close to the panel anymore.

EXPECTED RESULT
the group dialog is close to the panel anymore.
