SUMMARY
The emoji image file picker has a filter of all file types, instead of being limited to image file types.


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Settings -> custom emoji
2. Fill in any emoji name and click on "add emoji"

OBSERVED RESULT
The file picker has a filter for "All file types (*)" allowing me to choose json files, shell scripts etc.

EXPECTED RESULT
The file picker's filter should only be for image file types in order to ensure that I'm only picking an image.
