SUMMARY
When viewing a room as a separate window, the sidebar is not available from there. That makes it impossible to view its members, permissions, favourite it from there etc.


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open a room as  a new window

OBSERVED RESULT
The top panel is completely empty.

EXPECTED RESULT
The top panel should have a sidebar button

With the separate window mode being removed this is no longer going to be implemented https://invent.kde.org/network/neochat/-/merge_requests/1642
