Description jerrycarpinellojr 2022-06-07 14:00:29 UTC 
Time zone changed.  on it's face it's correct, but when opened timezone is set to UTC.  when exported and downloaded to a calendar app on android time is completely off.  manual change made to every event.  when closed and reopened times reverted back to UTC.

I'm sorry, I know this bug is old.

I'll need a lot more info before I can debug 
version 5.13.3 is very old by now.

if you have a more modern version (say version 6.3 or greater) and can duplicate please let me know and give me some details on how to reproduce.

I'll close in the meantime
