Regression from https://invent.kde.org/frameworks/kirigami/-/commit/c0f5583b9fec9359276d955a428d6f650e46b2a2 which has been reverted.

How did you get 5.95? Are you using unstable packages from your distro?

Sorry, I mean it is a regression from https://invent.kde.org/frameworks/kirigami/-/commit/d03c06bf7e047a822db66e8227a9a6bc060b2c67. The commit I mentioned is the fix, which reverted it for now. :)
