When rendering 2 jobs apear.
after rendering, video is not opened with double clic due to strange characters.



STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Render
2. doble clic to play video

OBSERVED RESULT
Video is rendered but can not be played with double clic
The path showed in log uses wrong character set

EXPECTED RESULT
Only 1 log when rendering. Correct character set. Result video can be played by doble clic on rendering log

Seems like the same bug as 455980 because the job shows up twice in the list, once with the correct name, once with the mangled name.
